Juliza Gómez, born in Oaxaca and raised in Los Cabos, is a Mexican, young wildlife painter based in Cabo San Lucas, State of Baja California Sur. She has gained international recognition after participating in several galleries held in hotels that host special events for tourists every high season.

Yuli was diagnosed with profound hearing loss at an early age. At the age of four, thanks to the support of her family, friends, and an extraordinary community effort, she received a cochlear implant in the United States. An experience that would shape her resilience, creativity, and perspective on life. 

Art has been part of her journey since childhood. Entirely self-taught, she began drawing at the age of four and discovered in painting a powerful way to express emotions, experiences, and the beauty she sees in the world around her. 

Today, her work reflects determination, gratitude, hope, and a deep appreciation for human connection. Through color, form, and imagination, Yuli seeks to inspire others and share a story of perseverance that transcends barriers. 

 She currently exhibits her artwork in Los Cabos, where she continues to develop her artistic voice and connect with audiences from around the world. 

 

SOBRE LA ARTISTA

Yuli Gómez es una artista visual mexicana radicada en Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. Nacida en Oaxaca y criada en Los Cabos, Yuli fue diagnosticada con sordera profunda a temprana edad.

 A los cuatro años, gracias al apoyo de su familia, amigos y de una extraordinaria colaboración de la comunidad, recibió un implante coclear en los Estados Unidos, una experiencia que marcó profundamente su carácter, creatividad y visión de la vida.

El arte ha sido parte de su historia desde la infancia. De manera autodidacta, comenzó a dibujar a los cuatro años y encontró en la pintura una forma poderosa de expresar emociones, experiencias y la belleza que percibe en el mundo que la rodea. 

Hoy, su obra refleja determinación, gratitud, esperanza y una profunda valoración de las conexiones humanas. A través del color, las formas y la imaginación, Yuli busca inspirar a otros y compartir una historia de perseverancia que trasciende cualquier barrera.

Actualmente expone su trabajo artístico en Los Cabos, donde continúa desarrollando su lenguaje creativo y conectando con personas de distintas partes del mundo.
